Shawn Brock

With over 25 years of experience as a massage therapist, Shawn’s mission is simple: we fix pain together.

It’s not just about treating symptoms—it’s about working side by side to help you overcome the barriers that hold you back, whether they’re physical or emotional because sometimes they’re tied together. Imagine finding relief and freedom, with Shawn by your side every step of the way.

Shawn’s expertise in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Softwave Shockwave Therapy has helped countless athletes and individuals seeking relief from chronic pain.

His journey began early, at just 10 years old, when he realized his natural ability to help his family and others feel better. Over the years, Shawn has fine-tuned his massage techniques, becoming a trusted resource in the Bay Area for anyone needing real, lasting results.

Ben Cambare

Ben Cambare is a Holistic Licensed Massage Therapist based in the Bay Area, combining the power of acupressure, myofascial release (MFR), and Reiki energy healing in his practice.

As a Licensed Sports Massage Therapist, Ben specializes in sports massage, acupressure, and stretching, focusing on chronic muscular issues related to injuries, accidents, or poor work posture. With over a decade of experience, he has worked closely with chiropractors, clinicians, and physical therapists, gaining hands-on knowledge and refining his techniques to provide highly effective treatments. His unique approach integrates acupressure with MFR and craniosacral therapy, tailoring each session to meet individual needs.

Passionate about healing and rehabilitation, Ben finds great fulfillment in helping individuals recover from pain, regain vitality, and improve muscular function—allowing them to move freely and live pain-free.

For those who believe in the power of energy healing, Ben also offers Reiki energy therapy. Reiki enhances the body’s natural ability to self-heal, and when combined with acupressure, it provides a deeply beneficial healing experience.

Ben is a graduate of Trinity College Massage School in San Jose, CA, having completed over 750 hours of massage curriculum.
